- How quickly is an appointment to see your attorney set to discuss the law
- Will your attorney or lawyer do house calls
- Is there a fee that your lawyers Office charge at the initial case study
- Does your Attorney ask you for a retainer fee or does his law office policy include no charge to attorney at law clients unless the case is won in court or settled out of trial
- Attorneys and lawyers should have a way of being contacted 27/7
- When you first meet with your attorney and you also visit your lawyers law office and get introduced to their legal staff, do you feel comfortable and at ease
When should I call and meet my Attorney to inquire about my legal matter?
Get in touch with your legal counsel right away! I cannot stress this point enough. You will want to speak to an attorney, lawyer, legal intern, and get legal counsel as quickly as possible. Do this even before contacting anyone else including your insurance company.
